This option is available only for the prepaid orders (Net banking & Credit/Debit cards)
You can track your order online once it is dispatched, we packages our product in good packing.
Shipping charge is free for our customers and free packing. In case of deliveries outside India, it is mandatory for the customer to bear the shipping expenses, custom duty and taxes, etc.. as per law of the buyer’s country. We process and dispatch your order within 72 hrs. From the date of transaction completed in prepaid mode. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with courier details and expected date of delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability and other factors that may influence it.
In case of Cash on Delivery mode we need you to verify your order. Instruction on how to verify, Your COD order is given at the time of placing order. Cash on Delivery is only available for order above Rs. 700.00.
Recently if you want COD option then we will do it by VPP by Government post and for this you have to pay only 5% extra charges on billing amount. We provide free Shipping charges by our company, you not need to pay anything for the shipping charges.
We try our best to deliver the major orders in major cities in next 4 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch and 4 to 10 business days for the rest of the locations. You can track your orders online.
Products will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for products signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
If you believe that the package is tempered you received or in damaged condition, Please don’t accept that parcel write us an email mentioning your order number. We shall make our best effort ensure you to get the fresh goods in properly condition deliver you at earliest.
Out of Stock situations
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
In few cases if we failed to ship your complete order within given time line of dispatch, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped order and send you an email informing you about same. In such cases, Your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded.
